[ServiceNow] Create database view and Generate report from it

In the left menu, type Database View.

Create New

Enter a unique Name.

Label is the "table name" of the database view.

In section view tables, click New to add tables.

Variable Prefix is a string that will be prefixed to all field names of the table.

i.e. Variable Prefix of "Incident" is "inc", thus the field name of sys_id of incident in this view will become "inc_sys_id".

In left menu, Reports > Create New

In Table, select the view we created > Run
