Information Technology Services Centre
The Information Technology Services Centre is seeking computer professionals to join the Cloud Computing Services to develop IT applications and solutions for information management, enterprise collaboration and workflow automation.
Assistant Computer Officer(s)
Applicants should have
(i) a Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
(ii) at least 3 years’ relevant work experience and a successful track record of designing, developing and integrating web-based enterprise applications;
(iii) experience and familiarity with Microsoft .Net, PHP, MS SQL Server and MySQL; and
(iv) a self-motivated work attitude, a mature personality and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Programming experience against Active Directory, SharePoint and ServiceNow, and familiarity with higher education environment and ITIL will be advantageous. A good command of spoken and written English is preferred.
Duties include
(a) collecting user requirements and performing application and solution design, development, documentation and implementation; and
(b) carrying out ongoing maintenance and enhancement of current web-based applications and solutions. Appointment will be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
